Bill Dyck
Senior Pastor of TAC
Bill and his wife Donna have been with TAC since 1994. Their passion is to see the church thrive in the heart of the city, amidst brokenness and diversity. Restoring broken lives is their mission and hands-on ministry at TAC. They have 4 grown children and have also now become grandparents. Bill serves as TAC’s full time Senior Pastor. Donna is very involved in TAC’s work and has also written a book, recounting her own story,
羅祖澄
羅祖澄牧師 Rev Dr. Bobby Lo
羅祖澄牧師早年畢業(B.Sc)於加拿大滑鐵盧大學，曾經商四載，後蒙召往美國哥頓康威爾(Gordon-Conwell)神學院受訓，畢業(M.Div)後曾往歐洲短期宣教。1983年回香港事奉，任職崇真會救恩堂主任14年，黄埔堂主任19年及同時任崇真會總牧18年。羅牧師於牧養期間，亦努力進修，擴闊視野，曾往美國加州福樂(Fuller)神學院攻讀教牧學博士，2001年畢業(D.Min)，主修信徒培訓與小組事工。
羅牧師亦曾任香港信義宗联會會長及神學院校董會主席、中國神學研究院客座講師、港九培靈研經大會2004及09年度講員、2011多倫多联合粵語及國語培靈會講員、2017香港福音盛會中學生塲講員。現任全球及香港客家福音協會主席、崇真會名譽顧問、信義宗神學院客座講師。常應邀往中國大陸、東南亞、澳洲及歐美華人教會中佈道及培訓。

Phil Whitehead
Executive Director of BCM International (Canada)
Phil Whitehead was born in Hamilton, Ontario. After completing high school he attended McMaster University, Hamilton, ON graduating in 1974 with a BA from the Faculty of Business, in
April 2013 he graduated from Heritage Seminary, Cambridge ON with a Master of Theological Studies degree. He spent 7 years in the general insurance business before joining Awana Clubs Canada as Office Administrator in 1983 and in March of 1986 he was appointed Executive Director
of the ministry, a position he held until April 2010. From April 2010 to November 2012 he helped establish a leadership training program for junior high teens in Canada and in November 2012 he
was appointed to the position of Executive Director of BCM International (Canada) Inc. Along with his wife, Olga, Phil is an approved presenter for The National Center for Biblical Parenting. Phil is
an elder in his home church and a leader in the children’s ministry. Phil and his wife Olga live in Hamilton. They have two married children and five grandchildren.

The Mission of Bible Centered Ministries is to bring about spiritual change in the lives of the children of Canada through obedience to Jesus’ command to go and make disciples.
